Every section includes quantities, unit rates, regional pricing and clearly stated assumptions.
Our AI achieves 85-90% accuracy on items calculated directly from your drawings. Items that depend on site conditions are clearly flagged as allowances requiring verification. This is standard QS practice. Every report includes a full assumptions and exclusions section so you always know what the numbers are based on.
We cover house extensions, new builds, loft conversions and refurbishments of all sizes. If you have architectural drawings we can produce a cost plan. The more detail your drawings contain the more accurate the output.

However if you also upload your planning pack (design and access statement, planning officer's report, structural calculations or approved materials schedule) our AI eliminates most remaining assumptions and accuracy improves to around 95%. Your planning documents are publicly available at planningportal.co.uk if you need to find them.
Your planning reference number is on your planning permission decision notice — it typically looks like 24/00123/FUL or PA-2024-0123. You can also find it by searching for your address at planningportal.co.uk. Uploading your planning documents alongside your drawings significantly improves the accuracy of your cost plan.
